Hiatus

Is that what you call it? A long break. Shun away from the computer. Yes, that’s what I’m doing right now. I’ve decided to take a break from blogging until the O levels are over. Well, some might say that blogging will not affect my studies, but everyone is different. I’m different from you. Everyone has their own preferences and decisions to make, and I choose to stop blogging.

During this holiday, I guess many did their revisions. I admit, I haven’t been doing much revisions, but I did a lot of thinking. It’s so amazing, I mean, in my whole life, I haven’t did any serious soul thinking until this point. I thought about my life, what I want to be in the future, and how I’m going to cope without a good certificate. I want to graduate. I want to graduate proudly. I want a good future. I want to be independent and not rely on others in the future.

 I am going to do it, I’ve decided. It’s 116 days  from now until the O levels, approximately FOUR MORE MONTHS. Wake up, start studying! Daydreaming doesn’t do you any good, neither do updating on kpop and jpop news help in my studies, unless my oral examiner is asking me topics on kpop and jpop. Hees.

If you’ve notice, I used to write a lot of personal stuffs in my blog, especially the previous one. Everything  I did was so written so detailed, but the contents are so vague now. It’s not because I can’t trust people reading my blog, I do want to share, or rather, I love to share, but it’s because the internet has turned into a scary place. People is able to dig out information on you and you have no privacy at all. I keep a diary. Yes, you’re going to say it’s so old-fashion and things like that, but I think it is a place where you can pour out your real feelings. Stop bottling things up. It ain’t gonna do any good to you.

I’ve been rambling so much here, not checking on my spelling and grammar mistakes. I hope you’ll forgive me for this abrupt post and see you soon again! =D

The Karate Kid

Jing Min, Shermaine and I caught this movie on Thursday. It’s an awesome movie! Watch it and you’ll know why! The bad side is that I keep on cursing the character who almost killed the boy and the badass coach too. I kept repeating, “Defeat that effing boy & prove to that effing coach!” LOL vulgarities. I just wanted to enter the screen and bash the people up. LOL.

On the other hand, I cried a lot, but it was not obvious. Hehe. Shermaine thought I was having a runny nose. Tsk. I was trying to be less noticeable and turned to an angle where no one could see me wipe away my tears. Hahas. It’s seriously a great movie. =)

The reason why I love this song is because it’s that’s my first time seeing Kyu Jong rapping! Also, the rap is kinda long in this song. Hyun Joong’s solo dance and rap starts from 2:30 to 3:10[Hyun Joong, Kyu Jong, Hyung Jun and back to Kyu Jong]. That’s my favourite part! <3

KAT-TUN- Love yourself(Kimi Ga Kirai Na Kimi Ga Suki)

I don’t really like the MV, because Kamenashi’s hair look so weird inside the MV. >.< However, I love the song! <3 The show, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, is an awesome show!

The other show I finished watching is Atashinchi no Danshi. Both shows are nice. ^^

I stumbled upon a blog which talks about girls who got pregnant underage and became a mother at a young age. Although I don’t really approve a lot, that does not mean I looked down on them. Instead, I think they are great because they have the courage to give birth and raise their child together with their husband or single-handedly. On the other hand, I don’t mean that you should give birth at such a young age. That’s just my own opinion though. I hope there’ll not be any disputes here. =)

Rambles

Initially, I wanted to post up the Navy Open House pictures but the thought of removing my memory card from my phone changed my mind. LOL. I shall post it sometime next week. I’m going to do some rambling here.

Today was parent-meeting day & I went with my dad in the morning. The results wasn’t fantastic, but it wasn’t that bad either. How I envy Shermaine. She does not need to worry about her O level results(but at least get a decent grade ok!) and she will still be able to enter a Business course. Why? That’s because she’s going back to Hong Kong for her education and the college will still accept her because students taking O level here is so-called “higher standard” (not saying that HK’s education isn’t good) than those in HK, so she sort of have a high chance of getting into a Business course there. Aww…I will miss you very much! Don’t forget to visit us every year and I’m so going to give you a web-cam so you have no excuses of running away! Hehehe. *evil grin*

Chinese O level is in 4 days and we had four mock exam papers already. I know I can’t just count on the mock exams, I have to study by myself!!!

I think facebook is sometimes so funny. They always send me “xxx wrote on your Wall…” and when I open the email, they will say “xxx posted something on your Wall.” There’s a slight difference with wrote and posted okay. Fine that’s just so random.

I know that I don’t understand my text well, but it’s only for the unseen prose. I cannot determine whether it’s from the 1st or 3rd person p.o.v. and I really studied the 5 main points. A teacher told me that I should read more books, but do you know that I read books? I read novels on mystery and occasionally, romance. Sometimes I even read while on the way to tuition. One trip to tuition is around 50 minutes and I have to make those long journey trip once or twice a week. I did revise for my Sec 3 topics, but you claimed that I did not. I really did revised and I even revised Sec 1 and 2 work. This is so depressing that no teachers truly know who I am. =(

Right or left brain?

It’s so fascinating! I took  15 minutes to change directions alternately.

According to studies, if at first glance you see the woman spinning clockwise, then you use the right side of your brain more and vice versa, if you see her spinning anti-clockwise, you are using the left side of your brain.

Oh…

I don’t like my current hair now because the hairdresser made my fringe unbalanced. My fringe is poking into my eyes and I hope that I will get a haircut soon. Nonetheless, I always pin up my fringe during school hours so it doesn’t make much of a difference.

The temperature is changing too; it’s getting warmer. The weather is drier, so drink more water to hydrate yourself! I miss PE lessons. I know many will say that I am insane but I really want to exercise! PE is the only lesson that made me lose calories(I’m not anorexic!) and it is only conducted once a week. Since we have missed a lot of PE lessons, I think I’ll run by myself this weekend.

My results are back. What can I say. All my results are so lousy. If I get that type of results for O level, I think I’m gonna cry the whole day and see if which courses will want me in Polytechnic. X.X However, I made an improvement since common test. I passed English on the dot(oh gosh!) and I failed Literature, which I had put in a lot of effort in. Nevertheless, I passed all other subjects too. The most surprising was Combined Humanities, because I only memorised the essays on the way to school. Great job for me, I guess. xD

I do not wish to continue rambling anymore. Although I have to put in more effort than I did for MYE, the main priority now is to clear my Chinese O level. I will be taking my first O level paper in 11 days. >.< Best of luck to everyone!

Exams ended last Thursday, but I was too engrossed with dramas that I’m lazy to blog. xD I’m back to Taiwan dramas, thanks to many people’s influence. =) There’s one period where I refused to watch Taiwan dramas bacuase I think the plots are almost the same, but I have no idea why I’m watching Taiwan dramas again. Hahas.

I will blog properly tomorrow, just let me finish my dramas today! xD

It’s so rare that I’m addicted to mandarin songs, but I think these 2 songs have a special meaning behind it and they have expressed it through their hearts. It’s so touching! I hope everyone will listen and watch the 2 dramas! =)
